Haven't received your voucher?

Check your spam or junk folder first. Vouchers are delivered within 30 minutes of payment; in exceptional cases, within 24 hours. If still missing after 24 hours, email us at info@amsluxurytours.com with your booking reference.

Want to cancel your booking?

Check the cancellation terms on your product page or Booking Confirmation email. If your product is eligible for free cancellation, email us at least 48 hours before your visit. Full details: Return Policy

Need to change the date of your visit?

Amendment requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your original entry date. Email info@amsluxurytours.com with your booking reference and preferred new date.

Need a VAT invoice?

Email info@amsluxurytours.com with your company name, address, VAT number (if applicable), and booking reference.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your enquiry, you may escalate your concern as a formal complaint. Please email info@amsluxurytours.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Booking Reference]" and include a full description of the issue and any prior correspondence.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 Business Days and aim to provide a final written response within 14 Business Days.

If your complaint cannot be resolved directly with us, EU Consumers may also submit a complaint via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
